ArchitecturePLB are delighted to announce the completion of Woodcote Road an ultra low energy, affordable housing development for the London Borough of Sutton.   The project, providing a total of 11 residential units, was opened by the mayor in November and further expands our Passivhaus experience, with these units due to achieve Passivhaus Plus. Bay House involves the replacement of an existing block of bedsit accommodation with a new 6 storey building providing 32 affordable apartments.
