New Project: Townhill Park Plots 5&6
ArchitecturePLB are delighted to be working with Abri on the regeneration of two sites at Townhill Park in Southampton. Plots 5 and 6 were earmarked for redevelopment as part of a masterplan which gained outline planning in 2016 but which are now to be developed in a partnership between Abri and SCC via the council’s Affordable Housing Framework. Cressy Place in to Planning
We are delighted that the planning submission for Cressy Place has now been validated. This is for a new 31 unit affordable housing scheme in Stepney Green for London Borough of Tower Hamlets , including a replacement community centre, improved landscaped courtyard and public realm. Planning Submitted for Mercury Point PBSA

Summer Practice Day 2024
Last week we had a brilliant day out for our summer practice day. We started with a tour of our recently completed building for the London South Bank Technical College – now being used as an exemplar for new build College facilities! We then had a really tasty lunch at the Cinnamon Kitchen before having a wander around the evolving Battersea Power Station Masterplan site and a trip up Lift 109.
