Cressy Place Planning Permission Granted!
ArchitecturePLB are delighted to share that Tower Hamlet's development committee has resolved to grant planning permission for Cressy Place, a 100% affordable housing scheme in Stepney Green. This project will deliver 31 residential units, alongside the reprovision of the existing Stifford Community Centre and new landscaping to enhance the local environment. Housing Design Awards 2025 Shortlisting
Hobbs View (aka Southbrook Cottages) has been shortlisted for a Housing Design Award! The pilot 'Zero Energy' project for Winchester City Council's provides sustainable, low energy affordable housing for those on the local housing register. The scheme is set to be certified as Passivhaus Plus providing thermal and energy benefits directly to the residents.
