Richmond Adult Community College

As part of our active programme of collaboration and development of new sector work, ArchitecturePLB developed this complex refurbishment and new build project for Richmond Adult Community College from stage D designs by Duggan Morris Architects.

Our extensive experience designing and delivering complex construction projects, across a range of scales and sectors allowed us to work successfully with all parties to bring the project to completion on site in early 2015.

The project completes phase 1 of RACC’s capital development programme which aims to bring together the college’s departments to create a single adult learning campus at Parkshot. The new build sections provide three new floors for Richmond Art School, a new state of the art performance centre, and a central student hub. The project also included the refurbishment of the existing Parkshot building including reception, entrance hall and Richmond Business School.
