Celebrating Growth: Three New Associates at ArchitecturePLB!

ArchitecturePLB is delighted to announce that three of our senior architects have recently been promoted to Associate.

These promotions come halfway through a successful year for the practice which has seen growth both in the team and in our portfolio. All three of our new associates have been with the practice for over 10 years and in that time have made invaluable contributions through their project work, but also in mentoring more junior team members.

Andy Joyce joined the practice in 2007, initially as a Part 1 graduate. Andy has since designed and delivered a number of complex projects such as the Solent University Sports Centre and the award winning Worthing Integrated Care Centre. Most recently, Andy has led a number of fast-track Further Education College refurbishments.

Jemma Paris joined the practice in 2010 having previously studied in Plymouth. Jemma has recently specialised in housing, and has been pivotal to the success of a number of our recent schemes including the award winning Monksbrook Estate and Salisbury Road, Totton. Jemma is currently developing proposals for a major regeneration scheme in Southampton.

Joshua Reay is a relative newcomer, having joined ArchitecturePLB in 2015. Joshua has worked across a range of sectors, including the RIBA Award winning Promega UK's Head Quarters, the Hythe and Dibden Memorial Hospital and The Firehouse student accommodation building in Southampton. Joshua is currently working up proposals for a large scale regeneration project in Waltham Forest in London.

These promotions are not only well deserved but also reflect our long term commitment to our staff. We look forward to seeing Andy, Jemma and Josh taking forward their roles as members of our senior team and anticipate many more successes to come.
