Paul Conway and Paul Phasey at the South Coast CPS Conference 2026
Directors Paul Conway and Paul Phasey will be at the South Coast CPS Conference at St Mary’s Stadium, Southampton, on 11 and 12 November.
The conference brings together the property, development and investment community from across the South Coast. More than 1,200 people are expected this year, including developers, housebuilders, investors, local authorities and design teams.
Among the topics on this year’s programme are net zero housing and regeneration and placemaking. Both are close to our own work. The first looks at how to deliver greener homes that stay affordable and viable, and the second asks what makes regeneration projects succeed. These questions shape much of our housing work for local authorities and housing providers across the region.
We want to hear what developers, investors and councils have planned next, and talk about how good design can help deliver it.
