Cressy Place Planning Permission Granted!
ArchitecturePLB are delighted to share that Tower Hamlet's development committee has resolved to grant planning permission for Cressy Place, a 100% affordable housing scheme in Stepney Green. This project will deliver 31 residential units, alongside the reprovision of the existing Stifford Community Centre and new landscaping to enhance the local environment. Thanks to the whole client and design team. We now look forward to seeing it progress to site.

Shepherds Lane Planning Permission Granted!
We are delighted to announce that a resolution to grant planning permission has been passed for our proposed scheme at Shepherds Lane, Bracknell, featuring 8 new-build affordable homes, including one wheelchair-accessible home.
