Official Opening of the South Coast Institute of Technology Facilities!

We are excited to announce the official opening of the South Coast Institute of Technology facilities, part of the South Hampshire College Group. Designed by ArchitecturePLB and delivered by SM5 Developments, with Peter Marsh Consulting as project manager, these facilities help to create contemporary, flexible learning environments that reflect modern workplaces and support local skills needs.

 

The upgraded spaces form part of SHCG’s wider investment in high-quality, industry-focused learning environments that enable progression into apprenticeships, higher education and skilled employment across the region. ArchitecturePLB has worked with the college and project team to reconfigure and enhance teaching and support areas, creating adaptable spaces designed to offer students a professional and inspiring environment.

 

This continues our longstanding commitment to designing further and higher education environments that inspire students and provide staff with robust, future-ready facilities. Congratulations to South Hampshire College Group on this milestone, we look forward to seeing students making full use of the new facilities and to following the positive impact they will have on skills development in the region.
