We are delighted to announce that The Holme and Homestal plots received a resolution to grant planning approval at Eastleigh Borough Council's Planning Committee, as part of the approval for nearly 1,000 new homes at One Horton Heath.
It's been a privilege to be part of the wider consultant team working alongside Stantec, Johns Associates Ltd, Tyler Grange | B Corp™, Cotswold Archaeology, Re-Format, and Hilson Moran on this ambitious and community-focused development for Eastleigh Borough Council.
The approved masterplan for The Holme and Homestal proposed 357 homes in a combination of family homes, flats and later living apartments responds sensitively to its semi-rural setting between Quobleigh Woods and Foxwood Stream. The scheme balances new homes with green infrastructure, sustainable drainage and cycle connectivity - not to mention the very rare Barbastelle bats - to create a cohesive neighbourhood that integrates with its natural surroundings.
Congratulations to the entire project team - what a milestone! We look forward to seeing these homes come to life.
