This project is for a new 1600sqm general practice medical centre and pharmacy in the heart of Winchester, including car parking and bike storage. Our solution steps down in scale between commercially-scaled buildings and a small residential street. Clinical spaces are arranged around an internal, double height courtyard waiting area, which looks out onto a small, landscaped public square, giving a pleasant entrance to Upper Brook Street. Careful zoning allows the ground floor to also function independently as a surgery on weekends.
